Did they charge you anything for breaking the lease?
-
No but they will keep your maintaince money.i wanna add that I never owed Schneider for anything for like breakdown or maintenance so if your in the hole they may want that money back
-
If you do sign a lease and said companies lease agreement says that every quarter I will receive interest on escrow account, they are not doing this isn't this breaking the contract
-
You’re only as good as your word, you signed the lease, you should honor it, if it’s not a walk away? I’d do as others have suggested, talk with them, and see if you can work out something, if not? You should honor what you signed up for, you made a commitment, and now something that sounds better came along, and you want to bail, you bail and sign another agreement, then what? Say another opportunity comes up you lie the sound of? Do you bail again?

Is this a real question? You go to a Chevy dealer, buy a car on a loan, the. Don’t pay the loan, will that affect your credit? Same thing! A contract is a contract!

You are responding to something that happened years ago one way or another.
