Used to? I dare not inquire as to what level of diabolical you have graduated to now.

 

This one I learned of in elementary school. It's a classic.

 

I think the underlying message here is that first of all they are a pain in the arse. Secondly, on a more serious note, a change in diet is a HUGE help. Meaning, lay off the stuff that constipates you. Also, drink more water.
Eat more salad, drink stuff out of a blender and lay off the junk food for a while. And, as mentioned earlier, you could go under the knife and have them removed.

 

If it hurts where the picture indicates, probably not heroics. Just saying.

 

I would say so. From there to the area just under your shoulder blades can be kidney issues. I ended up in the hospital last year due to kidney stones.
