Any truck stops closing because of quarantine orders?

I need to know about upstate NY around Rochester/Buffalo but I suppose this might be a good thread to start nationwide.

It's bad enough when you drive all day to get to a place you haven't been in 6 months only to find the restaurant has been removed, so I can only imagine drivers looking to hit a truck stop 11 hours away only to find the state police aren't allowing that business to operate under the quarantine.

I just left out of there this morning (from Waterloo, loaded in Tonawanda, came down 190 to 5 to US-20 headed back to the thruway). From what I saw, Jim's and every other truck stop business i passed was still open, so until/unless the NY gubna issues a statewide moratorium on eating establishments like OH's did, you should be ok.

(For how long is anyone's guess, though.)

Probably gonna be redundant threads because I just stopped for the night but all the bathrooms on the PA Turnpike are closed.
Rest areas on free interstates are closed and the ramps are blocked.

    I'm so angry.

Yep they’re screwing truck drivers and making it harder and harder for us to do our jobs and wait for about two weeks from now when this gets really serious. Unbelievable, don’t the government officials know what kind a chokehold we have on the balls of this country right now if we wanted to flex a little muscle as truck drivers? Imagine of truck drivers decided to stay home right now. The chaos that will ensue would make them beg for mercy. Open the #### rest stops.

    My company is small,
so I know it's not their fault,
But I'm frustrated they keep giving me loads that just don't seem important right now.
A desk & workstation for a clothing warehouse, a ##### couch for a designer (it was a return from a trade show, and for some reason it really bugs me!) some damaged arcade games being returned to a vendor. Most under 300 miles.

I'm like, give me drugs, food, cleaning supplies & paper goods or don't give me anything. I'll stay home until drivers start getting sick and we need a 2nd wave to step up. Don't keep me busy with BS just to keep me busy. Every day I'm out here I'm exposing myself and my family to risk.

Get to a company yard and park those trucks! It's not going to be worth the hassle going forward.

All rest areas in PA are closed as well. What genius thought of that!

Are just the restrooms closed and they still allow parking or the entire rest area is blocked off?
