I bought this today. I understand you’re getting frustrated, but I’m kindly asking for you to refrain from being aggressive. I still have a day job and don’t spend 100% of my day on this truck. My kid is now home 100% of the time and my devotion to solving this is less than half what it was due to this dumb virus. Hopefully since starting the truck so much that it burned my current starter, i don’t burn up a new one, if it’s NOT the issue.
austinmike, Rideandrepair, xsetra and 1 other person Thank this. -

Hey I’m on your side and have been here since the start of this thread. Nobody aside for. Yourself wants to see get this thing right running.
Look at the bolt pattern on the new starter. It will help you understand where the bolts are that can hidden...speaking from experience here as a I thought I had all of the bolts out but there was one that was very difficult to get to that I couldn’t see.Rideandrepair, Isafarmboy and Gix1k Thank this. -

Uploaded document on priming fuel system and checking fuel pressure. Usually won't fire til you hit around 60 PSI. The documents I gave are for a 2WS, but 1LW documents descriptions are more vague. Only difference on filter base is hose will go back towards ECM on 1LW. The arrow points to the air bleed screw in the checking fuel pressure document, you want to check at the smaller hex plug just to the left of hand primer pump. The fitting is a -6 ORB or STOR boss, whatever you prefer to call it. Parker store can get you gauge, hose, and adapter needed to check.
