yes, but this is only ONE example of crowds of people. there was a tv news report on the knuckle-heads college students that are on spring break, and think this virus is all over blown...can you see the underlining attitude in both situations?

not sure of the sign you mean. I grew up in orlando but moved over to the tampa side a ways back. I actually lived on an acre of land with orange trees on the back half. It smelled great when in bloom even though it killed my allergies.

 

It was asked so I am gonna say it. What is the diff between Corona and Flu? Well first what is the same. They are both viruses and contagious and can cause fatalities. Now what is different. Flu has mortality rate in both young/infants as well as the elderly and health compromised. So far, Corona Virus only elderly and health compromised. The flu most of us have gotten it, our parents have gotten, and so on. Causing us to have developed some what of an immunity towards it. As well as the flu vaccine. Which while not always keeps from getting it, at least lessens the impact of it. Corona Virus is new strain and that means we don't have any naturally developed immunity to it as of yet. It is also more rapidly mutating. Proof from there being a Chinese strain and an Italian strain. It also seems to be more contagious than the everyday flu. Due to the rapid/exponential growth once cases show up. It is much harder on the lungs than the flu. Thus the need for respirators.

Really the main issue the government is worried about is too fast a spread of the virus. Thus causing more people than hospitals can handle, and more people than we have respirators to save. Because many can live through it but not without the needed care. Even many more, without any health issues, can self quarantine, and get over it just fine. Part of the issue is you can be contagious and not know it. Were as with the flu you feel it right away.

The main thing on this is it's not something anyone has to panic about. Just be careful and try to avoid infecting others. Whether that be for yourself, some one you love. People who say, if it is my time to die I am fine. Are the selfish ones. As they're still just thinking of themselves. Not the others they could infect and cause harm. I think about that every day. Because I live with someone who if I brought it home would cause her death. W/o the respirator, and potentially even with it.
