Does FFE hire out of fontana ca Area?

 

Just curious, did they only close the training portion or do a hiring freeze? Can an experienced driver who is currently employed still get hired on?

Only way I'd feel job security these days and for the near future, is pulling reefers.

 

I know they said training because of the closeness and I am pretty sure they said orientation too.

Also, our freight has dropped 40%. We mostly supply schools, restaurants and hospitals.

 

I agree, but with our company we have seen a 40% decline. Our company big customers were schools, restaurants, and hospitals.

It's not a good time for anyone right now.

 

FFE will probably pick up some coast to coast freight to make up for some of it.
KLLM probably start accepting more loads than normal and give to FFE.
That's my guess.

 

I was going to transfer to Koolshot from linehaul. I didn't do it because I would be taking a pay cut. FFE in Burlington is hiring for yard dog.

 

Try NFI, most of there drivers in home every night.
