They probably had to tow 20 trucks from the truck stop entrance to get the fire trucks on scene. The illegal parking spots are the FIRST to fill up, not the last. Every half-empty truck stop ALWAYS (24/7) has lazy slobs parked at the entrance and alng the curb while there is still room to park an aircraft carrier in normal parking slots.
