Outside tempeature not registering

if you guys want to save a lot of time and money plus frustration, just go to Wal-Mart and buy a remote temp guage for about 9$ Take your air horn cover off and mount the sender in there with a good brand of double edge tape, and mount the receiver on your dash the same way. Put good batteries in each and your good to go. I've done this for years, and works great!

The dash on mine is still reading neg 37 when I open the door and then once truck is started it goes to the dashes. I changed the whole mirror motor assembly ( the kit). Still doesn’t read. Any help. Kw t370.
