    If it was in NYC I could see that excuse working. Car breaks down, 15 minutes all you got left is a frame, maybe a hubcap and a lugnut. ;) I could see 30 for a big rig..

    Aint that the truth. We use to call the cross Bronx expressway the Ho Chi Min trail. Joke was that if you broke down on it, your first call was your insurance company, second call was for the tow because by the time he got there it'll been stripped. There used to be car skeletons on the side of the road, probably not anymore, picked up for scrap.
