Tesla is always late in getting cars and the truck out then what they claim at first. They are a new company so it not like they can just make them. If someone needs a truck.
I don't think OP problem is just a simple need of a truck in like 6 month or a year. It probably more of a money problem. If someone needs a truck now, just order a new one and Freightliner or what ever they want and they will build it. Then all the CARB problems are solve. -

I was gonna say the same thing. It will be cheaper and better to just live life free and bypass california. After you swap in a “compliant” engine for 2023 CARB will most likely change the rules in 2023 to make 2022 and older illegal anyway.TheLoadOut and Rubber duck kw Thank this.
