I forget to mention I did replace outlet and inlet sensor as well and codes comeback. The shop said I need new SCR One Box.

Yes you need it. But do you really want to spend 15k on that truck ?

You can take the Nox outlet sensor out of the exhaust and let it breath fresh air . You can follow the wire attached to the outlet sensor up to a box You would need to tuck the sensor inside that box to keep it dry . You can delete the codes with a OTR Reset Tool
This will save you 15000$
It will still throw a code for an illogical nox output but wont derate -
Hope you saved the old outlet sensor. You'll need an extra one to do the bypass. Here's a video on how to do it:
