    I discovered that one of my drivers had been issued a moving violation (ran a red light) in our truck and did not report it to us. Because there was no inspection, it did not show up on the FMCSA Safer website. Other than the MVR and PSP, is there any way to know about these incidents?

    If there has been a final determination made then he has 30 days to report it to the employer.

    not that i am aware of. but by now, your insurance company must already know. and if not, then at the end of the year (or maybe after the 1st of the new year (i forget) he has to fill out that form when he has to disclose he got that ticket.

    expect your insurance rates to take a hit now.

    yeah, but she was still working for you at that time..just be aware you might still get hit.....hope for the best, expect the worst.

    She knew. She had all sorts of excuses but in the end, she just didn't want us to know because of her driving record and other issues we've had.
