I discovered that one of my drivers had been issued a moving violation (ran a red light) in our truck and did not report it to us. Because there was no inspection, it did not show up on the FMCSA Safer website. Other than the MVR and PSP, is there any way to know about these incidents?

not that i am aware of. but by now, your insurance company must already know. and if not, then at the end of the year (or maybe after the 1st of the new year (i forget) he has to fill out that form when he has to disclose he got that ticket.

Depending on the state you are based in and the state your driver(s) are licensed in you may be able to subscribe to an alert system that lets you know as soon as a citation is issued. Here are some samples of services available.
MVR Alert - MVR Monitoring Service - IntelliCheck360.com
