Several in Colorado have done it, it's funny though that Denver has not, what makes it worse are the sheep who have ignored what the Mayor has done. They shutdown all the private landscape companies in Denver as non-essential, meanwhile, there are dozens of videos and pics of City Parks employees out planting trees, shrubs, flowers, weeding, all the things that these private companies should be doing this time of year. Other non-essential City employees who should have been laid off or furloughed, they shifted them to other areas. No one is working downtown, so why do the meter maids need to be working? Oh, they shifted some of them to other areas, stupid.

I'm kinda laughing at places that have invested in these PA Lottery casinos. Rutters went in pretty deep (I'm disappointed) but I know a few truckstops with Keno games (or whatever they call it, drawings every 10 minutes.)

Does raise a question I had though, aren't tribal lands "technically" not part of the US?
They could actually open the Indian casinos and I don't think the government could stop them.

I never said I do things perfectly.
What I do is try to control my own time.
And sometimes that means saying no.

But would they actually want to expose their population to the masses that would be herding in?
Las Vegas now has the green light to open the casinos, but they refuse because the risk is too great.

It really isn't about what 'the government will let you do'.

The corona virus which has stopped logistic running around in the whole world. The truth is most guys is willing to stay on the road but there are less work in the market. One simple example would be pouring milk news because the milk simple won’t make enough profit with trucking and other cost. company don’t want to lose money because they can not sell their product. Stay at home order is a joke, every business I see are most open except restaurant, bars, and so on. But, stay at home order is correct, government did the right thing. If you don’t believe me, go volunteer at hospital. Watch people suffer for their health and family lose their important one, sometimes whole family got sick and a few survival. So, guys, if you read this, please stay at home. For those hero trucker stay on the road, wear a mask to protect your own and loved one.
You could not save America if you are sick.
    Wish America go great soon.
Wish you all safe and health on the road and off the road.
    Best
    Jay

Truckers are not heroes simply for doing what we do.
That hero thing needs to stop.

And only a few people die from this virus, just like with the yearly flu.
Not much made of the flu every year, but many people die from it. Why this time?
And up to half the people that have it show no symptoms at all and go unreported. That reduces the death rate by a lot.

This panic thing needs to stop as well.

Oh I'll take the hero badge, if it's offered. This job can kick you in the teeth so a little recognition is nice. I know it'll be fleeting. And I'm not saying I'm a Gulf War vet.

I am leery of posts like "sir Jay of coffee" above though. I've noticed this in a few spots now, broken English is usually a clue. "Stay home" "all is well" I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't active psyops going on right now.
Keep us home, keep us docile.

Just take these mysterious messages with a grain of salt.

To say that this virus is killing only as much as the common flu is factually incorrect. There is already the same number of deaths as the annual amount for the common flu's season. But in half the time. Assuming the numbers stay the same that means it will be at the minimum twice as deadly.

As this flu is more contagious than the common flu by a factor of 4x's, and the fact that a lot of truckers are not healthy already. With heart, lung, and other issues. Those that stay on the road and put themselves at a higher risk of infection, with those health issues are heroes. In a sense. The younger and healthier ones, not as much. Even though this virus has killed persons that are healthy with no underlying issue.

    Stay dead.

Thats not living. For example Ive got a bowling ball thats really lonely and calling my name. I wonder if can get ten pins delivered to the door and start throwing that ball on them on some back road somewhere.
