    Can anyone on here please give a detailed overview of DOT Food Physical and Agility test? I just made it through all the interview processes and now they are starting my back ground which shouldn’t be problem. I am 275, and 5’10. The interview process was long and hard I just want to be prepared for the physical and agility test. I really want to work at DOT Foods. This is the Syracuse office so if anyone can please give me a detailed statement on what it is like it will help me out a lot. Thanks!

    The test is the same no matter where you reside.... Heart rate , agility, weights ,walking , jogging, is your back up for the job, if you are out of shape you will fail if you are in ok shape you will be ok... I passed and i was 6'1" and 285 at the time.... But i feel much better now...hahahahaha....and i am back out!
