Be very careful about attending any orientation.
Equifax (one of the top 3 credit reporting companies) owns another company called ‘The Work Number’.
The Work Number is a type of credit report that keeps, and reports, on an individuals’ job history.... including any orientation attendance. Even if you just show up for a day and then decide the job is not for you, you will still be reported as having worked for this company, and too many jobs can add up real quick.
Potential employers subscribe to ‘The Work Number’ and they pay Equifax for information regarding past employment history for us drivers. The information that they collect is often sloppy and incorrect, yet it can keep you from obtaining employment.Brandonpdx and Clara3 Thank this. -
This response is something to think about. If you are currently working, try your best to remain in your current job for as long as possible. If you must leave your current job, try to have this job at Roehl, or another job, lined up. Stay off of unemployment now & forever. You do NOT want to be without a job, ever.
God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.! -
Wow! That's really good to know! Thank you very much!

If your eligible for unemployment its crazy not to take it, Its a decent amount of money right now and it does not hurt as far as future jobs. Not taking it just doses not make since.Dumdriver, bryan21384, Wargames and 1 other person Thank this.

Buddy of mine just got laid off from Ashley, was making pretty decent money talked to him the other day he’ll make about the same money collecting unemployment, I’d keep my butt at home rather than be out there humping that furniture to the rent-a-centers, big lots and all the other places I remember we used to deliver to, very physical job the break would be much needed.

You can't get tested unless you have symptoms that warrant. And you need permission.
I'm seeing a lot of people getting turned away. Some people are in pretty bad shape. -
Man this virus is no joke, I know of 4 people who’ve died in my small town outside of Pittsburgh, this is not like the flu it affects people differently, my daughter just learned on Friday one of her coworkers tested positive thankfully she’s been working from home and hasn’t been in the office. This virus doesn’t discriminate whether you’re white, black, old, young doesn’t matter. Read stories where seemingly healthy individuals with no underlying health issues get the virus.
bryan21384 and gerardo1961 Thank this.
