I have an old 07 sterling bob tail that I drive (old abf tractor)
Maybe someone can help me where to mount a radio. I have the power bolts and negative terminal on top of dash.
Didn't know where y'all mounted them back in the day.

07 is old?
Cant you just mount it in the dash and connect it to the factory wiring? -
Well I mean old as in older, small company they have older trucks no newer trucks.
No there's not a spot on the dash like there would be in a car.
I assume normally they mount cbs on the dash but I didn't know about a radio.
Previous driver has it mounted to a plywood box on the floor. -
Either build a box, mount it on top of the dash or cut a hole in the dash. Nothin better than a stripped down LTL tractor.
Newdriver717 Thanks this. -
There *should* be a removable plastic rectangle in the dash, somewhere. Pop that out and put a radio in there. If there isn't one, take the entire panel off and look behind it. You'll probably see where a radio will fit. Cut a corresponding hole in the panel.

Ok thank yall so much
I appreciate it
