I logged into ITS today, on my phone, using safari as I usually do... only to find out the engineer software writer moved the rate per mile and rate categories ALL the way to the left by the new “book it now” feature. They’ve done this to showcase and “enhance” the new book it now feature. They should just move it to the right of where the RPM and rate was, or just leave the new book it now on the left for those that wish to use it. This is unacceptable, there is not practical use for it in that position. I hate this!!! I’ve already called and they said many people have called expressing their DISCONTENT as well and they cant promise but are getting a lot of calls to change this. Let’s keep these calls coming!!!!
please call!!!! Tell them this is foolish and unacceptable. This kills live load posting efficiency for us working off phones.[/ATTACH]
ITS new update KILLS efficiency!!!!

So how is this killing efficiency.
-
Because now instead of being able to see the destination city and rate at the same time, you have to scroll over to see it: imagine doing this 100+ times a day: this KILLS efficiency for how I use the board... there’s many loads I’ll take to places I wouldn’t normally go depending on rate... when I’m multitasking I can leave the phone up, zoomed into destination city, deadhead to pick up, and I’ll see rpm and rate at the same time... now I can’t look at all 4 at the same time, only one or the other.
This causes way to MUCH unnecessary scrolling side to side. Enough to make me dizzy and not hate DAT’s setup so much... 90% of the loads I book are off the posted rate and I do it VERY QUICKLY. And the other 10% are based off where they go and weight, then I’ll call. I need to be able to see deadhead miles, destination city, rate per mile and rate, all at the same time for me to make the most efficient and quick decisions. Especially in this coronavirus climate when there’s only 100 or less loads on the board in most places. I HAVE to be able to move QUICK. Not scrolling left to right all day to get the full picture.Last edited: Apr 30, 2020
clausland, Siinman, TheLoadOut and 2 others Thank this. -
Perhaps a larger screen, in landscape mode would be better for you?
Midwest Trucker and HopeOverMope Thank this. -
Ok!!!! My common sense wasn’t working on this one! I just tried that on my big iPhone 10max and that works!!!! Lol I don’t like it but, now my eyes will do the scrolling... better than scrolling the screen lol
they could change it, paying customer over here. Top tier model for years.Rideandrepair, clausland, Midwest Trucker and 2 others Thank this. -
lol
Rideandrepair, PPLC, clausland and 3 others Thank this. -
I still VERY much despise it. It’s such a LETHARGIC unneeded addition.
Rideandrepair, PPLC, clausland and 1 other person Thank this. -
I hear what you're saying. At least you fellas are techno savvy. Me, it takes a lot longer to figure these types of things out. When I finally do learn to navigate, some program manager then decides to "upgrade" the program, thus the frustrating learning curve starts all over again.
But, I will say this, it sure beats having to watch the TV load board screens in truck stops or calling various brokers every hour like the old days...Rideandrepair, HopeOverMope, 650cat425 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I liked DAT phone view so much better
-
Its much better layout on the computer
HopeOverMope Thanks this.
