60-65 PSI on low side? What was the high side? This with the compressor engaged?
If compressor is off and both sides are 60 PSI at 70°F I'd suspect possibly low refrigerant charge. Typically a fully charged system should read about 70 PSI static pressure at 70°F ambient temperature.

Ok, so my compressor was locked up, metal shavings in the dryer. Total rebuild of the system, should get me back on the road tomorrow
