Plenty of good advice already posted.
Just read every bridge height sign and be prepared to stop if necessary.
If you do need to stop then be prepared to back out to a place to turn around. Don't panic and try a U-turn....

I have been known to dodge all toll roads possible. I dont run the northeast so it aint that hard. Most the times it just takes extra time. Last time i went to baltimore , i did the entire 695 loop or whichever bypass number that is to go into the port. Rather than pay toll for bridge. They get enough of my money in fuel taxes. When they decide to fix the roads that is when i will decide to drive on them

yeah I have my GPS's tuned to "avoid tolls" it might take me an extra 5-10 min and a few extra miles but no biggy.
Brettj3876 and x1Heavy Thank this.
