    I passed people that talk like you in the ditch all the time in Nebraska and Wyoming in the winter. I never saw a new driver take out a snow plough, it was the owner ops and even if a novice driver was involved in a wreck, it was a owner op with more than "5 minutes" of experience that started the chain reaction.

    Maybe it's because this apparently GREAT country called the USA.. not a lot of empathy or care to help new drivers learn right OR because of greedy insurance companies wanting some mystical, ultra drivers. It's who you know. So, new drivers have no choice but to risk their CDL going to these starter companies. I bet you landed a great CDL job because of people you knew right?

    I do food service. They will hire anybody that will unload a trailer full of cases with a two wheel cart down a ramp and into a basement of a restaurant. So no I didn’t know anybody. As far as a great Cdl job. I came here after running a flat. I love driving truck but working four days a week for a hundred grand a year and being home every night isn’t bad.
