Good evening people. I purchased a 2012 f cascadia last year and my friend quit his job and begin driving for me. He was had the tankers endorsement and we split 50/50 after fuel and insurance. We were leased on to a company in VA and were we splitting 5-6k consistently. I thought I was being a great friend. Nevertheless, he quit in 4 months because he had a lot of family issues etc. meanwhile I’m out of a driver and haven’t found a steady situation since. Should I sell the truck I own? Keep hunting to find a driver?

If your counting on another driver to make
A living, forget it. Sell the truck.

If I could I would. I purchased it to start a business and help a friend. I thought that it would be different but it’s always the same story.

    I'll say it again.
If your looking for another driver to make a living
    Forget it, sell the truck.
Doesn't make a difference what your doing or paying.
There gonna come and go as they please.
The companies that pay a 100 grand a year can't
    Keep them either.
But they can handle the turnover.

You next guy might only last 2 weeks.
Then you have to do it all over again.
The only person you can count on is you.
And since this is a side business, your gonna
Be going through this over and over.
