You see all-in-ones with prices all over the darn place. Can someone recommend a decent, affordable machine that can take the rigors of being in a truck and not falling apart the first time you hit a bump? I know consumables (ink cartridges) can play a big part of the equation as well.
What do y'all suggest?![]()

i used a HP all-in-one and it did just fine. it was a used 1210.
i would say the HP units would hold up better than some. -
Thanks...I'll do some snooping!

anyone make a printer that will fit in my laptop bag?
-
The IRS agents usually have a printer and laptop combo bag.
The printers are inkjets and all, but not a model I have seen for sale. -
do you just wnt it in the truck or do you want it to work in the house as well ?

I have a Cannon i-70 and love it. I believe the new model is an i-90. They are a little spendy ($250 or so) but they are compact and print extremely well (picture quality). I've had mine for 4 years now and have had no problems with it. I pack it in a bag with my computer all the time. It also runs on a battery just like my laptop so I don't have to be plugged in all the time.Big Duker Thanks this.

A portable printer that will fit in a laptop bag. I use a HP 450ci injet. Had it for about 3 years now. Don't know if HP still makes them.

I have a IP90 that I leave in the truck
Works great
If you don't use it for a week or so the ink will dry up
It has a a tool section that will clean the heads
Well worth the $175.00 I paid a couple of years ago -
i have a LEXMARK X4270 in my house. don't know how it will hold up in a big truck.
