I guess you are at a 1.21 a mile the fuel will run about.35 and .45 for your wage only leaves .41 for maintenance,insurance,and all the money your saving.I guess it most help a lot when your wife has a good job you can afford to run for nothing

 

No. I don’t figure my savings as a cost. My fuel was .43, payment was .18, insurance was .06, maintenance was .09. I was at 1.78 all miles last year after my lease as power only. So I guess if you figure that I put the rest in savings and you want to say that’s a cost then my operating cost is 1.78 a mile.

My numbers will change a little this year buying my own trailer in June. Revenue will far outpace the expense of a trailer.

I live my personal life and pay my bills off the .45. So the rest of the truck money goes in the bank. I don’t have the fancy toys that so many have.
