Which Ice Cream???

I always wonder the same with Sherbet, Gelato, etc.

I think it comes down to how it's made. My wife can't stand gelato, sherbet, sorbet, etc. but she loves regular old ice cream. Me? I eat whatever. Not a fan of soft-serve but eh, it'll do if I have no other options.

Far as the poll goes...I would like a third option "Whatever the OM decides". for all future polls.

Pineapple sherbert and malibu make a nice frozen beverage. Just sayin

 

Just a small scoop of Vanilla or Coffee ice cream and a shot of good bourbon.

 

Making Ice Cream is fairly easy. Not a complicated recipe for the most part. Choosing the device to make it in is rocket science.

 

Spent a bunch of life over in Italy being the ex was from there.

I don’t think a day went by I didn’t have this super Spicy dark chocolate homemade gelato I found at a shop right down the road from where we lived

Never had any that ever compared since.

 

Cream/milk, sugar, eggs. Something to flavor the mix, put in ice cream mixer/freezer, sit back for an hour, eat ice cream. Not so hard.
