Even most not at fault accidents can be avoided if your paying attention.

I totally agree. This is why in my last comment I was careful to say these words "When a driver does "stupid" and it causes a monetary loss and/or a service failure" I have pulled "stupid" many times. Actually it's part of the learning curve. Those that don't learn at some point leave the industry regardless of if they like it or not!

Good lord, this guy says brick wall and then posts a pic of that tiny little thing in front of someones house. Thats a situation where you say wtf ever you need to minimize it. Offer to pay to have it fixed, offer to come back and fix it yourself, etc. Should have never got the police involved in that. Tell the home owner a cat or squirrel ran out in front of you, who cares. You worry about saving your own butt and your cdl.

Wait a minute, did you already go to court for this? If not, you have a gokd chance at pleading it down to a smaller violation with a fine to keep your record clean.

FYI... I posted this somewhere to @Chinatown .. lemme look. Carolina Cargo is NO LONGER a 2nd chance company~! :(

Have a friend who got his start with them a few years ago and now drives for CFI. He has always kept in touch with them.

They are no longer accepting new drivers, only experienced. No teams unless they are hired as a team. They are now leasing their trucks from Penske and Penske is handling maintenance.

They are no longer a second chance company.

You think Penske had something to do with
The quality of drivers being hired now.
They wanted no part of ( just anybody) tearing
    Up their equipment.

    G13Tomcat Thanks this.
