How goes the battle @SAR . Just got done planting Friday. Started rolling beans Friday afternoon but got chased out of the field by rain. Had about 2 1/2 inches here in the last 5 days so probably ain’t gonna get much more rolled

We're given it all we've got @cke. We haven't had much rain but our ground is still staying sticky and soft. Beings we were so wet last fall and no snow on the ground it froze really hard and took a while for the fost to get out.
We've got the corn planted and will finish the small grains in about five days or so, then it's to get the beans in the ground.Eldiablo, Tug Toy, Hurricane69 and 6 others Thank this. -
Possible learning curve..... -
Sickness. Looks as if he threw two straps from the left side on the rear stack and that's what prevented the rear stack from shifting like the front stack. This is one of those educational pics.

Agreed. Folks don’t realize how much it helps to throw from both sides if the winches are available, or even use ratchet straps from the dead side..... -
Holy shift!! Sorry, bad pun..

Any off you fella's know what the freight is.? I thought Railroad ties at 1st, but I don't think it is. Seems spongy, wavy, & the straps look sunken into it the more I look at it..OLDSKOOLERnWV, SAR, Eldiablo and 8 others Thank this. -
Some kind of wire panels.OLDSKOOLERnWV, rda2580, SAR and 9 others Thank this.

Rebar wire for concrete forms.

Correct..... -
Yeah, it's spongy alright. If you ever pull a load like that, or any spongy load (rolled fencing and small diameter plastic pipe...etc) and don't want it to lean, do like Redbeard said and alternate your straps. That's also the load that you want to check your securement on in 25 miles, because it can settle quite a bit too.
