I can't answer that.I DO know that hubby's employer knows of this forum, and with a complaint such as the OP's, it wouldn't have been hard for his former employer to find this thread, no?

I actually know Raider, went there for a job. I have a pretty good BS meter, and I ran from that place SCREAMING after 10 minutes of discussion. BS is a nice way to put it. They are a terrible reefer unit, and their O/O leasing bs... wow. I talked to 2 drivers, very unhappy ones. And then the recruiter who seemed like a slick talking salesmen whom would say whatever you want him to to sign on, I am a pretty good judge of character and I really really disliked this recruiter, though he didn't do anything rude with me his mannerisms seemed to be exactly what is described above. I can actually see this guy doing the ripping a check and yelling profanity.

They ALSO advertise on craigslist, which... should tell you something. Thats how I found them in the first place.

The OP may have been the worst driver the company has ever had. He may have a been a complainer that thought you drive when you want and get paid high wages. He may never be cut out for this job and just want to be pampered. I'm not saying that is true, it's just a what if. But, the company acted inmature and illegially in withholding pay and treating someone the way described.

If you're going to let someone go, just tell they they are no longer needed.

I am pretty sure they didnt HAVE to know the username, they came to forum to browse saw their co mentioned came in and hmmm long behold they knew from the story who it was...

    WHICH TELLS ME ONE THING

The story is obviously mostly true.

After all I guess they don't rip up a trainee's check and yell profanity at them on a daily basis... I would hope... so its easier to figure out whose the one posting.

Now if I was OP I'd keep an eye on the DAC report, and keep this thread handy for legal use.

    Absolutely!
But the alleged action(s) on the drivers behalf
would most likely invoke procrastination on behalf of the office personnel.Getting them to quit is easier then firing them.

That "in my face cussing" wouldn't have lasted, the women would have entered the incident about the time "fat-boy" hit the deck.

Im from Ft Worth, lived there 22 years.
I know of Raider and I also know where some of the "Big Wigs" come from :biggrin_25525:
The OP's story rings true of Raiders operation, buying those shiny new red trucks never covered the clown behind the mask.

I also know who sits on their *** surfing when SHE needs to be working.:biggrin_25522:right Meghan ?or is this Summer?

Mr F-Bomb is a square deal punk that cant look a real man in the eye and tell his lies.Assuming here as it would fit acouple of them.

What directed MY former employer/stalker to sign-up for this forum? To protect his reputation.......as well as make defamatory allegations about me?
What makes him join ANY forum? It seems his bad reputation precedes him, and he only joins (boating/escort/other forums) to bad-mouth people who have a legitimate gripe about him.
    "ITs TWUE" seems no different.

Because there are people here who "snitch", just for the drama.
How did DRD know I posted an alert on HIS BS company (with-in a couple of days)?
He isn't a big company either (only 1 perhaps 2 trucks), so he doesn't pay anyone to troll message boards. (In fact, he doesn't pay ANYBODY).

id really like to see what " the real story "'s reason for joining the forum and defeding his company is?
if i were looking for a company to drive/work for, and came across this forum, with any company magt/office worker defending it as the company rather then a driver like its usually done by past presant future drivers on here, id have a hard time believing " the real story "
if his company is not so bad and you have nothing to worry about why would you post on here?? iv never seen swifts owner, or werners or stevens owners on here defending their company for any reason...

also, why would somebody such as the OP create such information, post it, saying he has a phone bill proving the calls never came to his phone and talk about taking legal matters?
