    Glad you are ok.
I hope they hauled his punk ### off to the pokey.
Those clowns are a big part of why our insurance rates are so high. The ever dreaded, uninsured motorist.. o_O

Alright since no one else has mentioned it, here's the scary part. There's a chance that this dirtball will try to sue your co and you. Just be prepared for it. Hopefully you have a dash cam that can atleast show where you were, how you changed lanes (properly Im assuming) and your speed.

Also as a lease operator, always be the one to call road service and schedule everything, dont let a dispatch monkey do any of that. Imo, even though that tire is thrashed, Ive have attempted to run it and get to a shop before I called road service. I mean you're already on the side of the road, what else do you have to lose?

No dash cam. I had already changed lanes about 30 seconds before and the guy just plowed into me.. He hit me on right side and i was in left lane.. I dont wait til the last 2nd to merge on those right lane ends , for this exact reason..well if i was anywhere else i wouldve went to truckstop.. But am out of hours and nowhere to park in this part of cali if i were to sit in shop for 6 hours.... They have a process to get work done on truck in trailer thats why i ask them before .. I dont pay for that stuff on trailer and they would make me pay for it if i get work done without authorization
