Climate Express

Yea there isn't much for parking around that harahan plant. There's a crappie fuel stop straight south of there maybe I'd guess a 10 minute drive. Last time we were there they told us they charge for parking yet they didn't have any signage posted to clue ya in on it. We just switched at colby ks. Should be in Columbia by 15:00 no problem. I hope they can get us a earlier delivery time than 22:00 tonight.

 

Got 3 minutes on my 70. They want me to swing by the terminal tomorrow, presumably for a service on my truck. After that I should be heading home.

 

They were having some sorta issues yesterday and weren't sure when they was gonna get us in a dock. So dispatch had a climate driver that was in the dock give us their empty when they were done then had them stay to unload our trailer cuz that driver didn't have to deliver their next load till tonight in bluffton. We still didn't get outta there till after 5:30 last night. So with the delay there and the wait to get a washout at kingdom city we ended up 15 minutes late this morning here at Romulus. Made pretty good time tho cuz originally i didn't think we'd get here till 08:30.

 

Cool. You must be running on recap hours. We'll be headed home tomorrow and heading back out on sunday.

 

An man i hate runnin on a recap. Always seems like i have shorter hours to work with daily when it occurs.

 

Just think my wife and I have a 140 hrs combined. We'd be absolutely killing it if they were to use all those up like that every week.

 

We're headed to jackson mi to pick up a dawn foods load to deliver in Mexico mo tomorrow and then work our way home somehow.
