Snagged this cutting disc rotor out of Bettendorf, IA this morning going to Vallejo, CA. This goes in the bottom of one of those machines at a metal recycler or scrap yard that you can drop a car or refrigerator in and it shreds it to pieces. This stuff is sketch as hell.. Dont think i could throw enough securement on this ... those silver pieces are walking all over the place no matter how much i tighten them down.. Already had to bang in the little 2x4 dunnage they put underneath the gray pieces .. They walked out on me as well.. Had to cut a couple off because i couldnt pound them in...the silver pieces are banded together in bundles of 3 side by side but each bundle is turned and moving different directions... any suggestions ?? I am out of winches on my trailer but have a couple 2 inch ratchet straps left..

Try running the straps over the top of the gray bundles to apply more down force or use hand ratchets and strap the 3 gray bundles together.

Thank u . The reason i didnt go over the top is because i didnt want to bend the pieces. Only exception is the one on the back over the top was only way to secure them.. And i put 2 straps over them , not very tight and it is about as tight it could be without bending the metal

FerrissWheel, PoleCrusher and Lostkeys Thank this.
