    So don’t read me the riot act.

    I knew a guy that was moving stuff back in the day from Florida

    Walked into the shop while it was being done.

    Guy bought used loaders and backhoes and cut the booms and legs open.

    Had them shipped north by independents that didn’t even know what they had.
