Linehaul would be your best bet. I dont know exactly how much the pay would be in your area as it varies by region. Here where im at linehaul top out at .71 cents a mile, i dont remember whats the starting pay. City P&D here starts at $25.00 topping out at $29.80. Again this number are from my region. The benefits are pretty good and given at a reasonable price.

My cousin did like a year as on call casual at Wonder Bread.
He spent like 28 years there, became 2 million miler.
