Mud flap fix legality.

    I have seen many mud flaps mounted on the dot bumper, never have seen just one and not the other. Probably would be ok for a quick fix.

    Depends on the mood of the inspecting/citing officer.

    In TX, DE, an MO its no more than 8” from the ground.

    MI, OK, and PA say a minimum of a 22.5 degree Agilent angle from where debris will leave the rearmost tire.

    General rule is no more than 6” from ground to be on the safe side.

    NY has a rule about distance from tire.
