Ok, its a 40 pin engine. It also may be the timing sensor acting up...sometimes it will throw a code, sometimes it wont.swaan, Deere hunter and 650cat425 Thank this.

Ok like i said be careful, you can cross thread it putting it in. If you buy one make sure it comes with the o-ring that seats around the base of the new check valve. Lube o-ring with fuel not oil.Deere hunter and 650cat425 Thank this.

Yes, should of called it that, LOL....Its a good idea to carry one of those with you so it won't leave you stranded. The 40 pin engines use only that sensor to run, when it fails your done. Not like a 70 pin engine that uses a crank and cam sensor.650cat425 Thanks this.

Can I use one from my other 3406e, 5ek cam sensor or I have to get one for this from dealer, the other one is new only 2 months old650cat425 Thanks this.

So even if there is a problem with cam sensor it will interferes with fuel pressure issue?
