So douchebag cop doesn't recognize that the YELLOW object pointed at him is almost EXACTLY LIKE the one in his belt?

Another aspect of this is what if this guy was mentally disabled a little bit or something? Most people don’t realize this but there is no “pass or fail” when it comes to a sobriety test. It’s up to the officers discretion. But from what I saw in the video the guy passed his tests with flying colors. He didn’t miss a single step and he held his balance on 1 foot for like 30 seconds.

. Also, the suspect was pretty laid back during the entire ordeal until the end. He wasn’t complaint, or threatening, he was friendly and somewhat funny. Just not someone you picture getting shot in the back.

 

So what happens when this guy ends up hitting the cop with this taser and then grabs his real gun? Is the officer supposed to wait around for that to happen first?

 

Everyone is out and about this summer doing everything that normal people do, they just aren't going to work. From Socal to central Florida, I see these people everywhere I stop and along the interstates going wherever people go this time of year.
They are afraid to go to work but that fear doesn't stop them from taking holidays or doing their shopping.
The fact is, at least in the Southern half of this country, people are living their lives as if everything is normal. Their just happens to be a large percentage of them are also not going to work for fear of the big bad virus.
Is the virus they fear or is it work?

 

Speaking as a SW Floridian it’s the work thing for me.

If you can't see what's happening in this country as a racial war which started when a white cop killed a black man then you are doing your best to keep your head in the sand. If this wasn't a racist thing then why is Black Lives Matter on center stage. Approximately 2000 blacks are murdered by other blacks every year but nobody marched for their black lives. They waited for a white person to do it.

To the person that talked about mentally disabled. I guess you could be right but do mentally disabled people fall asleep in the Wendy’s drive through just because? Do mentally disabled people even have drivers licenses? I honestly don’t know. He didn’t seem too disabled fighting two cops, pulling the weapon out of his hand, and running while turning around to point it at the cop.
