No more texting while driving in N.Y. soon

Most of this in NY came as a response to a UV going haed on with a semi in Bloomfield NY one night because the girl in the SUV may have been texting her boyfriend at the time of the crash.....5 young women fresh from HS graduation were killed that night....

 

One would think this would be common sense, but it's not look around as you drive. I personally think people who test while driving should loose their license. I hate to think we need a law for this, I'm generally against legislation, but I also don't like these idiots putting my life at risk. Besides, my company would probably blame me for not anticipating a texter and avoiding them
