Anyone used the suspension of HOS rules yet?

Dam. It sucks. I don’t know why the broker gave me the exemption sheet if the load apparently doesn’t qualify. It’s food in my case. I was all pumped up about driving like a true outlaw! Hahaha.

 

The broker is having a party for outlaw truckers.
They probably know the load don't qualify. But they're hoping the truck doesn't know that.

 

That's called "I gave him the sheet on accident. It's his responsibility to know better."

 

Just talked to a driver Friday who just came off doing the exemption. His company unloads and loads every day at where I work. He was telling me he was glad it was over, at least for him. He said it was starting to wear him down, even though the money was good.
