I’m pretty introverted anyway so this kind of #### I would just ignore. Thanks for sharing this video tho, I learned something new.

Just other drivers at truck stop, you can't see inside if the curtains are closed. Trucks have one set of curtains for the sleeper and more trucks come with windshield curtains. They go all around from driver side to windshield to passenger side. It's optional when they order trucks and truck stops even sell some universal one driver can get also.

Most truck drivers these days are scared of their own shadow. They barely get out of the truck, most company trucks have cameras all over them now and people dont like being on camera.
In the last 6mo Ive only had my door knocked on twice. Once in Laredo by an ahole wanting to polish my wheels/fuel tanks. And once at the Petro in Beaumont, Tx by a "nice lady" wanting to sell me some sex lol. I was in the back row and had left my marker lights on like a dummy, so she knocked.
And whoever said Dallas is dangerous...get real. There are hundreds of good places to park around DFW and no one is gonna mess with you.
Another thing. If you drive for a mega carrier, you aren't gonna get robbed. Criminals know mega carrier drivers usually are broke ##### with no real $ on them.650cat425, Frachand, farmerjohn64 and 5 others Thank this. -
The south side of Dallas were all the truck stops are. I think some driver got robbed or shot couple year.

And Im sure he was just sitting in his truck when someone broke in, shot and/or robbed him. No way was he doing anything sketchy to put himself in that position.SoulScream84 Thanks this.

Not scared of my own shadow, just a whole lot antisocial these days. You've got a lot of what we used to call '40 milers' in my carnival days, people who haven't but just started but know everything, and I don't have the patience to get roped into their BS. Between them, the blowhards and the beggars, if I want to stay out of jail I need to stay in my truck. LoL
The 'lady' in Beaumont...was she blonde, not *too* bad looking and still pretty well kept together? Had one come up to me in that area that, if she'd had a different (ahem) profession, I wouldn't have minded spending time with. -
It even happened to trucker Nae Nae.
Wasted Thyme and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
I think she had dark hair. A little on the thick side. Thats all I could see as she walked away from my truck.
