2012 Volvo losing power

Hey mechanics
Got a 2012 Volvo with ishift at 708k miles and d13. I’m driving and truck loses power and won’t accelerate and shift to next gear then the only way to get it to go again is to activate cruise and it will drive again. I got ptt and a dg diagnostic software. I’m running these j15 codes the oil codes are from replacing oil pressure sensor and the coolant was low. Got a oil change at a dealer and came out to start it and it cranked for a good 25-30 seconds before starting never done that before the fuel filter looked a little wobbly but replaced that cleared the codes but problem is still current. After clearing the only codes that came back was rear diff temp sensor code

 

Update!
Ran truck with ptt running and did fuel pressure tests and pedal tests. Fuel pressure is good and the ecm reads the pedal going up and down but when the problem happens the truck is losing power and is regained by turning on and off the cruise control to reactivate the pedal
