Grease is an amazing thing. Put that in your tie rods, drag link and u-joints every week and they'll last forever.
Hate to say it but stuff like u-joints/driveline are typically made by Spicer and are found in all manufacturer's trucks, not just Kenworth.
Cummins again isn't a Kenworth product. What are the specs? If its a 400 Cummins with 2.XX rears, well you've got #### specs for pulling.
Loose shocks, could be a poor design, could be from hitting pot holes too hard. I'm not there, I have no idea how it gets driven.
Is it possible the 2nd and 3rd A/C repairs were the result of a poor first repair?

Too many electrical issues from what I’ve heard . Not enough service places that deal with Volvo .
