Not really. You have to separate your feelings from the facts. I’m not saying it’s easy, but it’s a fair judgement.

 

Not all families are the picture-perfect, Hallmark family. Say one was to have a falling out with their parents and have had nothing to do with them for years. How can you hold the kids liable in ANY way, shape or form?

and no, i would not shoot someone in the back, leaving/retreating. as it is, even shooting someone coming towards me, i will be taken away and questioned at the police station, as still a murder took place. the determination of self defense will be found/discovered over shooting someone in the back.

power of attorney, you accept the responsibility for the one you are basically, "in control of"
