A/C only works with engine fan toggle switch on at dash only.
Replaced 2 sensors that i know of, Hi. and Lo. Sencors.
?? Any help would be great thanks.

When you say it only works with the manual fan on. Do you mean the compressor only activates with the switch or is only cold with the fan on?God prefers Diesels Thanks this.

Did you recently buy the truck? If so, the previous owner might have wired it up like that so when you're idling you get enough air across the condenser. Does the A/C work when you're moving, with the fan switch off, or does it only work when the fan switch is on. And what I mean is, will the compressor clutch only engage when the switch is flipped, or will it engage without it, but just blow warm air?bad-luck Thanks this. -

Switch in cab engages compresor.
Now im not getting cool air just warm air with engine fan engaged.
Should i look at sensors again. -
I had a shop recharge unit about 3 months ago no leaks then idk?

AC started working on its own.
So this means that the problem coud lie in the sensors? -
It's hard to say, thinking it's an electrical problem. Wire, ac relay maybe. It's really difficult to diagnose an issue on a forum
