Yes you are correct but I'm Just trying to do it to be on the safe side with all the new trucks now any little short can cause a lot of damage dont want that
-
I have the elco remy oem alternator which one would you suggest?
-
Just trying to have one that can power all the extra lights i thought 1 should be enough?
-
OK I was told that if you add extra batteries you have to adjust the alternator so it can support it
-
Got it thanks appreciate the infobad-luck Thanks this.

Look at the lights you want to use . Add up either the amps or watts and let us know.
-
Your very welcome
-
Can't recommend anything. No idea what specs your alternator currently has.

There is no room for an extra battery in the battery box.

When it’s time for new batteries, just buy 4 new deep cycle ones if you want to spend a few more bucks.Tb0n3 Thanks this.
