    Don’t you have some breakdown people that you can talk to? They don’t have to route you through a terminal, just to a dealer or engine manufacturer.

    It's Western Express they probably don't want him going to a dealer or engine manufacturer. Saves money to have him go to the terminal.

    This is unacceptable you need to get the higher ups involved. Go above your dispatcher, if that doesn't work then escalate it to the terminal supervisor, and then safety manager if none of them have helped.

    I’ve left the head of safety department two voicemails, cool guy who’s head of load securement at WE said he’s gonna talk to a guy for me and I reached out to breakdown again; it’s 85 in here almost as soon as the truck stops idling now

    Well, after trying to reach out to all these different people nobody has gotten back with me and I’m gonna be sitting here until Monday waiting to pick up the load that’s going to Colorado; I’m not really sure what to do at this point, can’t afford to get fired
