Home time is always dependent on where you live and the companies location and terminals.
I’m home every Friday and leave Monday, I clear a grand a week doing flats, step, and a few oversized

 

Fremont Contract Carriers in Fremont NE does flatbed. 56cpm (I think). Very driver friendly company. I pull van for them so don't know all the specifics for flatbed. Important to know where you live (hiring zone and hometime). Been voted top 20 fleets to drive for 10 of last 12 years including 2020.

Melton is 53 to start and 60 after a year. Home time is one day for every seven out, plus either an extra home time day or $200 for every 21 consecutive days, though you do not have to stay out that long. Hometime days and extras stack up with no limit until you use them or cash them out. Terminals in tulsa, laredo, El paso, and birmingham. Last year my ytd/52 was 1077 net. 90% of the loads are flatbed, occasionally I have a step deck, no lowboy, no conestoga, OS every now and then. Hires from entire lower 48, no experience required.
