OMFG.. I can TELL you some WV stories.. wife got a DUI in Parkersburg on 77, back in '98 .. and not an OUNCE of alcohol on her.. she's diabetic, and was en route for food, which eminates an 'alcohol' scent.
Cops let her eat a few life savers (butterscotch that they USED to make...) and she was fine, and LET go.
Had to PICK her up, in the ole' rig. We got a good coin of settle out of that.. sheesh..
Sorry. -
Not likely, no ticket ,no fine, no problem.G13Tomcat, Coffey and Rideandrepair Thank this.

Yep yeppers yeporama yes you bet your sweet bibby
It has happened to me and some of my equipment. Go to sell a truck and I can’t because the truck got a ticket. The truck got the ticket and the ticket was signed by the officer.
What do the police hate more than ANYTHING ????
The constitution and the bill of rights. Oh but wait , it’s a PRIVILEGE to earn some $ working so if your working to make a buck we can take you down. We might be the dumb ones , let’s stop working and just protest and if anyone complained we can just shout blm and racism and we can do anything we want.Dale thompson and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
You do know that there is a difference between a ticket and a warning, right?Sirscrapntruckalot, kylefitzy, Rideandrepair and 1 other person Thank this.

Explain to me how the equipment couldn’t be sold because it received a ticket. I’ve never heard of this. I’ve bought and sold equipment for almost 30 years and the only thing that matters is a clean title that has no liens or theft. Never had a title run by vehicle theft cops only to be told it has a speeding or oos ticket on it and it now can’t be sold or purchased.Sirscrapntruckalot, kylefitzy, Dale thompson and 3 others Thank this.
