Alright so yesterday I started my day, all good just added a little coolant. Didnt think anything of it, today as i was waiting for relay driver to arrive my coolant level dropped, i thought odd shoulda been fine. Looked all around, noticed a good size puddle of coolant under truck. It was coming from a rubber hose on passenger side right above fuel tank. Its on a 2016 Kenworth T680. In about 80 miles i had to add a gallon of coolant. Any idea what may it be? Picture of hose added at bottom.
Coolant leak?

Which hose is it coming from? I see at least 3 in the picture. One looks like an overflow hose, so that shouldnt make you low.

That open ended hose should be the overflow. Try tracing it back to the radiator cap.
If its the overflow try a new radiator cap. If the cap works Great!
If it starts burning coolant and smoking loads of white smoke with a new cap there might be other issues.baha Thanks this. -
