Question about tolls. When you approach toll roads how do you know when you can keep moving on through because of the Elite Pass and how do you know when you're supposed to pull into a booth for a ticket? I was really confused moving thru I 70 today in Kansas.
-
I knew I smelled your diesel man lol....I'm parked for the night in Brookville, OH. Indiana is a beast to get through these days. I'll probably get to Palmyra around 3ish
-
Oh you don't even have to go through the booth with the tolls. You can take the Express Lanes each time in Kansas. Kansas and Oklahoma usually have a light on the other side of the booth that indicates it took. New Jersey and New York will say something like EZ Pass accepted or something like that. With Pennsylvania, just keep on rolling. They arent even giving tickets.Metacoyote Thanks this.

Well that's good to know. I saw that light flash above me as I drove thru and thought maybe they're taking a picture of the truck so they can issue a fine.bryan21384 Thanks this.

Yea she was driving that round both directions in indiana an got hung up in the construction east of indy and the site over at terre haute. Both times stop an go crawling traffic. We hooked at midwest dc an had to stop at yard. Trailer has a blown inner wheel seal. Oil all over inside drum and all over brake shoes. Couldn't drag it to Texas like that. Would've risked burning up the bearings or even worse the whole set of duals break off axle after the bearings roast and everything comes apart. Uh yea screw that. Some of these guys or gals around here that don't find this stuff an get it fixed must not realize the serious threat they pose to the safety of others.bryan21384, Lumper Humper and Metacoyote Thank this.

Wow that’s crazyProfessor No-Name Thanks this.

You sure right about that. Luckily you didn't have to go too far the yard. I just feel weird dropping trailers with known defects. I hope they got on the last driver who had it. I'm going to be bring one back to Edwardsville as well once I drop this one.Professor No-Name Thanks this.
