Some peopleike to make others "victims." So they in turn can "defend" them and feel superior. It truly us sad. They use any -ist to justify it. Racism should have never arose from this topic. There is/was no victim beyond the imaginary one 2 people have "created."
singlescrewshaker, roshea, PoleCrusher and 3 others Thank this. -
I didnt call you a racest,i said it sounds a lil racest to me...
Coulda just as easily said a smokey bear sir....Do you go lookin unique names for all the local, city, state cops of every state...What about the cops in canada, need specific names for the town/proviencial police to or would "smokey bear" be just to generic for your colorful name requirments.. -
It's a class of LEO. Sheriff, police officer, Highway Patrol, Railway police, campus police, and Indian police. All are types of LEOs.
Also saying it sounds racist. Is a veiled way of calling a person. But giving a weak way out. By saying exactly what you just said.singlescrewshaker and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
I've deleted and edited some posts in this thread that strayed over the political limit.
Last chance....MidwestResident, Vic Firth, kemosabi49 and 1 other person Thank this. -
That kind of thinking is exactly why I stepped up. The idea that " it was all about nothing" or for some ulterior motive is not what more than 75% of the country feels these days. Some may stay silent because they've been conditioned to do so by tradition and even fear of reprisal. However, they remain the majority and have now emerged from the shadows of fear to face down the attitudes that have grown and perpetuated cruel racism . I'm only here to inform you that things have changed. I don't need your approval anymore or your agreement. Things have changed and the attitudes that used to be tolerated are no longer tolerated. You can see our feelings or dismiss them as foolish or angry. However, in these time, you can't ignore us. We are everywhere.
