Now here's an interesting caveat I'll add to this storyline.
Just yesterday I was flipping through radio stations and happened upon John Tesh (D.J.) reading one of his "researchers have found" trivia (mostly useless) segments.
Anywho, he said that scientists have recently discovered one of the things that triggers the desire for "love" in females in the smell of freshly baked banana nut bread! LOL
I freaking kid you not!...
Unfortunately, while her "love" bug was fully engaged baking that banana nut bread, it was 0100 in the morning and I was fully engulfed in sawing logs somewhere in la la land.
Likewise, when I got out of bed at 0600, she was off in la la land herself and I'm sure had lost all interest at that point anyways![]()

Traffic today in America's armpit was the most it's been since blow-vid 19. 17 hr day today....haha loose leafs ftw. Gonna get away from them all together come September when the new 150 rule takes place.

Chewing on the steering wheel for 6hrs at my reload. I chose the wrong way home. 78 24 to 80.
Should of ran the few extra miles on 78 to 33 to catch 380 instead of going through the gap. Down to 1 lane from a breakdown. No one had the decency to say anything on the cb, but jeez after that it seems like everyone had their pocket rocket on.D.Tibbitt and Dale thompson Thank this. -
But officer, my odometer must be broken.....Lostkeys, Brettj3876, Dave_in_AZ and 1 other person Thank this.

Been noticing the same, but it's not like commute traffic with people going to work. More like Friday night traffic at off hours where everybody is getting out of town at once. Still no real morning or evening commute on the left coast that I've seen. Came over Donner Pass this week and the construction held me up a good hour. Smooth sailing after that through Sacramento during commute hours.Brettj3876 and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

I have noticed that as well. No real morning commute. The afternoon/evening commute is definitely getting back to normal traffic volumes over here. It was nice when the non-essentials were off the roads. It seems like they forgot how to drive when coming back. I have seen some of the craziest drivers within the past few weeks.Lostkeys, SteveScott and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

Myrtle Creek curves 1-5 NB Oregon this afternoon, 45 mph speed limit, big flashing lights SLOW DOWN.
Evidently the guy in the big truck didn't see the warning signs. Load shifted in the curve and turned him over on his side.
That's the 4th big truck & trailer I've seen turned over on the I-5 in Oregon in the past 4 weeks!D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
LOL, I came down with a severe case of Sickofthis####-20. I may or may not be contagious.
